Welcome to Cœur de Combray, located in Normandy, in an authentic and idyllic setting.


This characterful estate, dating from the 17th century, consists of 5 charming dwellings: the Cider House, the Farmhouse, the Laizon chalet, Ifs & Canon apartments, the Yurt and a reception hall, all in the heart of a beautifully landscaped gardens crossed by the Laizon river.


The property can sleep up to 44 people and 90 people seated or 200 standing in the reception hall with a fully equipped kitchen.


It is the ideal place with a warm and relaxing atmosphere to welcome family and/or friends for a private event or simply for a getaway, but also for corporate events.


Surrounded by magnificent gardens with distinct spaces, perfect for celebrating an event, a meeting or any other special occasion, Cœur de Combray offers landscaped spaces for wedding ceremonies and receptions.


You have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, a lake where you can fish for carp and trout, a indoor games room and an outdoor play area.


The gardens of Cœur de Combray have been redesigned in recent years and now offer various spaces such as a Japanese garden and a tropical-inspired garden, for moments conducive to calm and tranquility.


A laundry room is also available, equipped with two washing machines, a dryer, and an ironing board. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, we prioritise recycling and composting our waste to offer the most environmentally friendly solutions.

We use environmentally friendly cleaning products and encourage the use of washing machines at low temperatures.

    The houses, apartments, and yurt all feature kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and private gardens, each fully equipped for the perfect holiday or event. The reception hall boasts a professional kitchen with appliances, plates, glasses, and cutlery for 90 people, outdoor spaces for ceremonies and cocktail receptions, a comfortable bar, and a large room with tables and chairs seating up to 90 people, as well as a private swimming pool.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest transport hub?

    Coeur de Combray is a 2.5-hour drive from Paris, the nearest train station is 10 minutes away and the closest port is 40 minutes away.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. If you require flexible hours, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties suitable for families?

    Yes, all accommodations are family-friendly. Coeur de Combray offers ample outdoor space and a private communal swimming pool, and its peaceful gardens are perfect for families with children. High chairs and cots are available upon request.
