Pour réserver les Stages/Vacances, veuillez vous rendre sur la page Evénements.
Pour réserver la Salle des Fêtes, rendez vous sur la page de la Salle des Fêtes.

1. Cliquer sur le lien donnant la charte des disponibilités afin de vérifier que les dates choisies sont bien disponibles.
2. Afin d'effectuer une pré-réservation, contactez nous par téléphone au +33 (0)2 31 20 67 19 (ligne fixe) ou au +33(0)6 20 89 06 84 (portable) ; vous pouvez aussi nous envoyer un courriel en utilisant le formulaire « Availability Enquiry Form » ci-dessous.
3. Pour confirmer votre réservation, vous nous verserez une caution non remboursable accompagné d'un formulaire signé (vous pouvez cliquer ici afin de télécharger une version PDF de ce formulaire ; nous pouvons aussi vous l'envoyer par courrier).
4. La caution versée : 200 euros par semaine réservée pour La Cidrerie, La Ferme ou Laizon ; 150 euros par semaine réservée pour Canon ou Ifs.
5. Le solde devra être versé au moins 6 semaines avant le début de votre location. Une caution remboursable concernant une éventuelle rupture de contrat vous est aussi demandée lors du règlement du solde (300 euros pour La Cidrerie, La Ferme ou Laizon ; 150 euros pour Canon ou Ifs).
6. Si nous ne recevons pas le règlement, nous nous réservons le droit de considérer cela comme une annulation. Quoiqu'il en soit, nous vous enverrons un rappel.
7. Les règlements sont à l'ordre de « SARL Combray Commerce » par chèque (en euros) ou virement bancaire. Les cartes de crédit sont aussi acceptées.
8. Le prix de la location comprend le gaz et le linge de maison (mais nous vous demandons d'apporter vos serviettes de bains et de piscine). Un supplément vous sera demandé pour le fuel en hiver du 1er Octobre au 30 Avril.
9. Une taxe de séjour de 0,25 € par nuit est payable pour chaque personne de 13 ans et plus. La taxe est réglable à l'arrivée.

1. The holiday properties at Coeur de Combray, 14270 Ernes are offered for holiday rental by SARL Combray Commerce.
2. To reserve the properties, please complete and sign the Booking Form and return it with the non-refundable deposit payment (200 euros per week for The Cider Press, Farmhouse or Laizon; 150 euros per week for Canon or Ifs). Upon receipt of the completed Booking Form and first payment, a confirmation will be sent.
3. The balance of the rent is payable not less than six weeks before the start of the rental period - a refundable breakage deposit is also required when paying the balance (300 euros for The Cider Press, Farmhouse or Laizon; 150 euros for Canon or Ifs). If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation. We shall, however, send a reminder. Reservations within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
4. The breakages deposit of 150/300 euros does not limit the tenant's liability to the owner. Costs of damages, breakages or failure to leave the property in a clean and orderly condition will be explained and deducted appropriately. Alternatively, a full refund will be made available.
5. We advise comprehensive travel insurance to be taken out at the time of booking, which should include cancellation cover, full cover for the tenant's personal belongings and public liability as the owner's insurance does not cover these items.
6. The properties will be ready to occupy from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy state.
7. The owner is not liable to the tenant for:
   
   • Any faults or interruption to the supply of public services to Coeur de Combray.
   • Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered as a result of weather conditions, riots, wars, strikes or other matters beyond their control.
   • Any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered if the holiday property becomes uninhabitable before the start of the rental period. In this unfortunate event a full rental refund will be made. No further liability will be accepted by the owner.
8. The tenants and all visitors to Coeur de Combray do so entirely at their own risk. No responsibility will be accepted for injury, loss or damage to property including personal belongings, vehicles and their contents.
